Requirements:
1. The referral must be a new client (not already working with one of our agents). To ensure that the referral is a NEW client, the referral certificate must be submitted in advance before or upon the first contact with the agent. 2. For rentals: So long as a commission of at least $1,000 is received on the referring rental. For Sales: so long as Brigham Circle Realty receives a commission of at least 5% of the sales price.
3. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit, however only one referral per rental/sale will be accepted. If more than one person refers an individual to us then the first person making the referral will be compensated.
4. Monies will be paid out when the referred renter/buyer takes occupancy and all funds are paid.
